A secretariat consisting of 19 competent staff has been functioning to maintain records and render various services to the business community. He is directly answerable to the General Secretary who is an elected member. The secretariat is well furnished having all modern facilities to provide necessary information to the members. There are several units in the chamber. All units are interlinked with computer peripherals.:

Apart from above, BiCCI has appointed a group of experts who work for the chamber. Mr. Shambhu Prasad Chaurasiya has been appointed as a Director. Mr. Balmakunda Kharel and Mr. Subhash Khandelwal have been serving as Legal Advisor and Tax Consultant respectively.
